Three distinctive spaces in one project each required their own unique touches. The public lobby holds more than 20 oversized planters for a lush effect. The game room includes ping pong tables, foosball, and several wall-mounted, artwork-made-interactive games like backgammon. Finally, the exclusive amenity space known as The Nines mixes one-of-a-kind antiques with classic lounge pieces, rich area rugs, and a wall-sized mosaic. ​
