2023 NAIOP Mixed Use Development of the Year Award

With 78 keys, 4 typical layouts, and multiple sizing adjustments to fit unique room features, objekts and Kimball Hospitality made sure that each room had exactly what it needed while maximizing every square foot.

Marina Square's open lobby needed an anchoring piece that accounted for the structural, cement column in the middle of the space. objekts helped develop a custom counter with finishes like wood tambour to echo the architectural elements. During fabrication and install, our design team and NK Build worked closely to troubleshoot challenges like placing lighting hardware with internal support structure which kept the design vision and schedule intact.
